Mirrored Reflections

Finding oneself trapped behind the veil of our own world, does our body become trapped and forced to claw out, being held hostage and used as a tool for the other side; or is our curiosity that puts our mind their, leaving us free but caged inside. The absence of a reflection poses many questions, the most important being ‘what is’ the reflection? A mirror holds a door to a world to view ourselves, but what does it mean when the line is crossed and we don't find ourselves on the other side of it?
